1) Qualified with a BA in Architecture with more than 5 years experience; 2) Experienced in dealing with municipality applications and fully conversant with local building codes and regulations; 3) Fully conversant with Autocad; 4) Able to demonstrate a high degree of creativity and technical knowledge and the ability to produce contract documents including schedules, specifications, working and detailed drawings of high grade residential and hotel projects.
